Admission criteria

The duration of the in-patient programme at Vista Reintegration Center depends on the substance-dependency.

• A minimum three week programme is offered for alcohol-dependent persons.
• An intensive six week programme is offered for other categories of substances such as heroin, opiates, cocaine, over-the-counter as well as prescription medication.

The detoxification phase makes provision for alcohol and medication withdrawal as well as the withdrawal of drug dependence.

Admission is for substance-dependent persons who are motivated for treatment and have been diagnosed with substance dependency.
