Recreation is an integral part of the treatment of mental illness. It involves a calm, homely, structured atmosphere conducive to psychological healing.

Coffee shop
Vista Clinic's coffee shop stocks refreshments, snacks, basic necessities, new magazines on Tuesday & Thursday, daily newspapers as well as Vodacom, MTN, Cell C and Telkom telephone cards. Refreshments, cakes and light meals are served from 08:30 -19:30 daily.

Please note NO CIGARETTES are sold at the clinic.

Daily newspapers are available in the reception area in the administration building. .

Television / Mnet / Christian TV Network
There are televisions available throughout the clinic.

Tennis and volleyball courts
These courts are available for use during free time.

Garden
The garden at Vista Clinic contributes to a tranquil environment. Benches are situated all over the garden and the mental health care users can enjoy quiet time.
